The method and algorithm of calculating the input characteristics for the radiators of antenna arrays with a small number of radiators have been developed.

This algorithm makes it possible to calculate the dependence of radiator transfer admittance and their VSWR for planar arrays on the scan angle.

The results of the experimental research show that the calculated values differ from the experimental values in not more than several percent. It proves the high accuracy of the method and makes it possible to use it widely for the mathematical modeling of antenna array characteristics with the help of computers.
