Possible ways of decreasing the reflectance of inhomogeneities in the adjoining medium for high-speed stealth aircraft аre investigated.

The same equation that represents the essence of the Reynolds hypothesis is used to describe a turbulent flow in a medium. However, the task in question is deeper, which means we have to combine the dynamics of a determined process with the dynamics of random movement. It is achieved by obtaining dynamic equations for a cumulant representation using the means of the apparatus of characteristic functions. Then, the solutions of these dynamic equations are brought to the form of specific reflectance and accompanying characteristics.
